The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.
All personal content created by you within the Application, including mood diary entries, notes, metaphorical card selections, exercise results, and journal records, is stored exclusively locally on your device. The Service Provider does not access, collect, store, or transmit this personal content to any servers. You retain full control and ownership of your personal data.
The Application uses RevenueCat for subscription management and payment processing. RevenueCat may process transaction history, subscription status, and purchase receipts to enable premium features. You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Since all personal content (diary entries, mood records, exercise data) is stored locally on your device, the Service Provider does not retain this data. Technical information and subscription-related data processed via RevenueCat is retained only as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. If you'd like to request deletion of any account-related data, please contact the Service Provider at [email protected] and they will respond in a reasonable time.
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. Since your personal content is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.
